1. Return & Exchange Period

• Return Requests: Within 7 days of receiving the product
• Exchange Requests: Within 7 days of receiving the product, only for quality-related issues

2. Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused and undamaged
• The product is in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included
• The product does not affect secondary sales

Even if there is no product defect, you may return it as long as the above conditions are met.

3. Conditions for Exchange

• Exchanges are only accepted for quality issues within 7 days of receiving the item
• No exchanges will be accepted for personal reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind)

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps:

   • Request type (Return or Exchange)
   • Unboxing or repackaging video clearly showing the item and the sealing process (required for approval)
2. Review & Approval
   We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your request.
3. Send the Product Back
   Once approved, please return the product using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund or Reshipment
   • Refund: Processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
   • Exchange: Shipped within 3–5 business days after approval (for quality issues only).

5. Shipping Costs

• Due to quality issues: GOOJODOQ will cover return shipping costs
• Due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind): Customer is responsible for all shipping fees
