If you purchased the product from other platforms (such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc.), please contact the respective platform’s customer service or after-sales center.
Products purchased from the GOOJODOQ official website are eligible for limited warranty service starting from the date of receipt.
If the product malfunctions due to quality issues within the warranty period, GOOJODOQ will provide free repair or replacement services.
The warranty covers, but is not limited to:
Motor failure, motherboard failure;
Battery failure to charge or significant abnormal battery life;
Screen display issues (excluding user-caused damage);
Button or function switch failure.
The following situations are not covered under the free warranty, but repair services may be offered at a charge depending on the situation:

Products beyond the warranty period;
Damage caused by human error (e.g., dropping, water damage, unauthorized disassembly, misuse, etc.);
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications;

Products that can be repaired will be repaired free of charge;

For quality issues within the warranty period: GOOJODOQ will cover the shipping fees for both ways;
For non-quality issues or situations outside the warranty: The customer is responsible for the shipping fees both ways.

Warranty coverage is limited to the product itself and does not cover indirect losses caused by product failure;
