Refund/Reshipment

Exchange: We will reship the product within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
For returns/exchanges due to quality issues: GOOJODOQ will cover the relevant shipping fees.
For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong product, size mismatch, etc.): The customer is responsible for the shipping fees both ways.
